World-leading Oil Mist Filters
Filtermist oil mist filters are manufactured in the UK and have been protecting people from harmful airborne hazards for almost 50 years. Compact, quiet and efficient, Filtermist units are trusted by many of the world’s leading manufacturers to effectively remove oil mist from workplace air - resulting in cleaner, safer, more productive workshops.
How Filtermist units work
Filtermist units use centrifugal force to separate oil and coolant mist from contaminated air, returning filtered oil back to the machine tool and exhausting clean air back into the workplace. Find out more:
Filtermist offers a range of accessories designed for use with its oil mist collectors. Pre-filters separate solid oil mist particles to optimise performance, whilst afterfilters purify exhausted air before returning it to the workplace.
The dual function F Monitor is designed to alert machine operators to blocked filters as well as advising when the Filtermist unit needs servicing. Filtermist advises that its units should be serviced every 2000 hours they are in use. F Monitor can be retro-fitted to the complete Filtermist range and is sold as an optional accessory on all oil mist collectors.Additional UK services
